    What a bunch of scammers!!!

      My account was rejected on 6th Sep 2021 and i was told my funds will be on hold for 120 days for any chargeback if any. It's now more than 120 days. Pls revert when my hold funds will be released to my bank account. Contact Number: [protected]

      Im also facing same issue! Razorpay people are not giving any update everytime i contact they are making me to wait for 24 hours - 48 hours. Later also they are wont come up with solution. Ive frustrated Kinldy help with solution

        We got an account approved to receive money from our clients. In the beginning worked fine then they stopped to transfer the payments, asked for more documents what we gave them. After that they rejected our documents and our balance disappeared. How is that possible? Very low class company, stealing and cheating in the daylight.

        Please help.

          My client proceeded payment But Razorpay not release amount in my account.
          When I did chat with Razorpay's employee then He/ She did time only for wait
          I did chat daily again and again
          but No solution form Razorpay side

          I think Razorpay is a fraud and cheater company
          because It cheat with client
          take amount by link but not release in client account.

            Hi,
            I was watching video regarding Sensibull application on Abhishek Kar YouTube channel.
            I found its a really good application which I can use for trading and hence I opt 2999/- membership (3 months plan with one month extra) and paid via razorpay link which was provided there. on 04 Jan 2022.
            Two- three days before my payments were declined but finally its gone through on 04 Jan 2022.
            Payment was deducted from my bank account but was not reflected on sensibull payment details.
            So I don’t know what happened.
            Here I have attached payment receipt which I got from by banking application.
            I don’t know why it was showing AIRTEL in payee name when payment was successful. Because before it was showing SENSIBULL when my payments were failed. SO guess payment is done to wrong payee name.
            Please reverse the amount and help me.

              On Thursday 5th January, i tried to make a contribution of Rs 50, 059 into my NPS account through Razorpay gateway. The amount got deducted from my bank account, but the Razorpay showed an transaction failed and the amount was not added to the NPS account. So, now the amount is debited from my bank account but not credited to NPS account. Please see attached screenshot. Kindly help process the refund at the earliest.

                My Amount is stucked from last 16 days, i have been chat multiple times but amount credited to my account still. on 22 dec 2021 i have initiated a transaction amount 60000 (Sixty Thousand) But not credited to the account till 6 jan 2022

                I am a merchant and customer has done a transaction of Rs 67000/- on 30/12/2021 and the settlement time of Razor pay is T+2 days and today is 09/01/2022 and till date settlement is pending. and i am not getting any response or revert from razorpay and their chat option is not useful because they are postponing the things very easily by giving assuances Nd they dont give you any clearity and they dont have any idea about it. This is really unprofessional behaviour of their staff.
                Even my settlements are stuck worth 32k but I started giving refunds to my customers and asked them to pay me back with UPI. Well that's how I am trying to get my money back from Razorpay.

                    On 1st of January I placed an order with dealoffday website merchant for
                    Rs 299.And again 2nd of January I placed one more order for Rs. 449
                    Both the amount was transferred through razorpay. With this I will send you the details.
                    Till now merchant did not confirm the payment and the order.
                    I didn't receive any information from them. Kindly note and tell me where is my money?
                    If it is possible kindly refund my money.

                              Hello sir,
                              My name is Bibrata Das.On 8th December 2021 at 3:11 pm.I was paying 4th instalment of Reimalie Academy Bongaigaon Rs 21630 through Razorpay by using Debit card.My transation Id is[protected].But Razorpay does not send the money to the Reimalie Academy Bongaigaon rather than it was send money to the zomate and amount is showing 242 which is fake..I have bank statement and enough evidence that i was send to Reimalie Academy amount 21630..please help me sir and resolve my problem as soon as possible

                                Do you guys even care about the technical issues you have in the platform?

                                My ticket id - #4523001
                                Its been already three days that your infrastructure has been unable to allow my customers to opt for a subscription service.

                                Who is going to bear the loss incurred?
                                Moreover, the support people at your end are just useless. They always have one simple reply:

                                "I sincerely apologize for the delay in resolving your concern. I have personally escalated this to my senior to have it resolved for you. We regret for the inconvenience."

                                Pity that such a big Indian brand in the fintech domain has such a poor merchant experience and support team.

                                    Razorpay is promoting the fraudulent transactions with the help of its app. Some persons had done the fraudulent transactions of rs. 20000 and 7000 to my bank account and transferred the money into Rozerpay. There is no system in Rozerpay to file complaint against such fraud transactions, which proves that this app had been created to promote fraud transactions and cheat the Indian public.

                                      Recently someone done the fraudulent transactions with me and withdrawn Rs. 27000/- from my Bank account and transferred the same to Razorpay. there is no system of reporting of such fraud transactions.
                                      it seems that Razorpay had been created to promote the fraudulent transactions.

                                        I got a link to the downpayment of my mobile booking through Vijay sales. payment got deducted but order ID was not created. The merchant (Vijay sales) has not received payment but it shows a successful transaction. Here is all attachment of my payment details and the device I booked.
