    Its been more than 40 days since we registered in Razorpay, Still our account is in review state and our KYC is not been activated. Its pathetic ryt? Very Bad Razorpay. Pls note that if KYC is not activated in next 2 days, will be moving out of Razorpay.

            I have made a payment of 3600 for Novalife collagen capsules on April 1. I get an email confirmation of the payment from Sling Kart but have not received any tracking details of the product nor a confirmation mail that my product is dispatched.

                    Placed an order no DD3722 paying Rs 599/- on 18/03/2021.I am still waiting for the delivery of order.pl find out to whom the money is further sent from your end.initially it was Digital devicez a payment confirmation sent by them, at the same time you mentioned it as Marvelous devices.Pl find out the authenticity of such forge company you are associated with.I want my money to be refunded at an earliest.else I would have no option left other than to go to consumer court.

                        We have applied for receiving our FIRC about 50 days ago.
                        The only response we have received from Razorpay was that they have been in touch with the Bank and assessing the scenario.
                        They provided a statement mentioning it takes about 30 days to receive the FIRC and right now more than 6 of my emails have been ignored and our ticket ID with reference number #5090497 is hanging negatively and ignored.

                        We need the FIRC to be submitted to the GST authorities as soon as possible and Razorpay does not even offer the option to call and ignores all the requests via chat function.

                        Extremely disappointed.

                        Hello,
                        It has been very disappointing working with Razorpay.
                        It has been 3 months and even receiving a call from Razorpay team for allowing 2 more weeks to get this resolved and having the FIRC.
                        It has been over the 2 weeks mark now and we have consistently been receiving a similar response like a chat bot about the team is in constant touch with the bank and it is not something internal and still its been over 3 months.

                        This is very unsystematic and unprofessional way of carrying out business with Razorpay.
                        Heavily disappointed.
