[Resolved] Razorpay — payment not done on irctc but money deducted | |
I tried booking irctc train ticket using razorpay as upi gateway on 23rd july 2018. 805 rupees is deducted but ticket is not booked i used my paytm upi adress(sbi as linked bank).IRCTC says the have done refund to razorpay. i waited for 5 days but yet refund not credited in my account.so i wrote to razor support. the said to wait for more 5-7 days. i again sent mail on 06th aug 2018, but have not got any update from razorpay support team as well. my refund ref no is `rfnd_AeiyiglWKxOG5k` also scrren shot of irctc attached. Aug 16, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved on 14th aug i received the refund in my SBI account. Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
