I haven't received any adequate guidance for my query could you please arrange a callback.

My manager is trying to make a payment from dubai using emirates nbd cc card to an indian vendor. The transaction isn't getting through stating it does not accept international cards.

Hi Team,

I have raised a complaint that I am unable to complete KYC because of some issue in portal and have raised ticket 2249586.
After following up since 2 weeks i am not getting a valid response. My hard earned money is stuck with Razorpay.
