Dear team, as part of my car insurance renewal i have used the razorpay link on oct 25th 2019 for payment (As suggested by royal sundaram insurance). Money got debited from my account and i got the payment successful mail. But till date i have not received any approval from royal sundaram insurance. When i called toll free no of royal sundaram they were telling no payment received. Payment details: Payment link from royal sundaram general insurance co.
