I have paid my loan front loan.In my account amount was deducted.But the merchant did not receive any amount.By this daily that loan persons are been charged Rs.30 per day.its taking too long time of 4 days.what about these 4 days charges and they are holding total 5513 for the past 4 days and I m losing intrest for these days.i want claim the total lose occurred due to this service.

I have the same issue, money deducted from my account but loan frot did not received the amount. It's been 8 days and money is still not refunded neither razor pay is providing any clear satisfactory answer. Meanwhile my interest is getting higher every day. This 500 Crore company does not even have a dedicated customer resolution phone number. There is a number in the website which they don't pick at all. Typical Indian start up company with no care for consumers and quality. It's very fustrating.

My name is Damini and I have paid 4472 my loan due amount through razor pay link and I have got the confirmation transaction UTR number for payment but its reflecting on the application as unpaid.. Please resolve my issue

I have paid 4472 to Rupee bazaar loan app through razor pay link on 27th December 2020 and it's almost 2 days it's not updated on there app and they are charging me 200 rupees interest everyday.. I have made complaint on the same day but I have got no reply.. Please help me.. I have also sent attachments of payments done. Please resolve my issue
Are you guys even checking the complaints which we have made... Or this is just to show off... I have been making complaints everyday... Can't u see that...it's pathetic application and the service...is too bad

      I was booking my ticket for pnbe to bbs,
      I paid through Google Pay app amount to be paid was deducted from my account.
      But ticket was not booked .

        While booking ticket from irctc i choose payment option googlepay upi and Money deducted from googlepay upi but not showing any booked ticket transcation in irctc.
        Even not showing any record at failed transction in irctc app. Goolge pay is showing payment successful.

          Hi, i have booked a train ticket from chennai to palakkad at around 10:40 pm on 15th november, but the ticket haven't been booked instead the money has been deducted from the account. Please take appropriate action. This has been for sometimes as of now i'm facing this issue. I need to urgently book a ticket and if i'm facing this issue in future i may opt out of this source to book a ticket.

          I had ordered some products in vilvah website rs 640 through razorpay gateway payment on 2nd November.. Money got deducted but product not ordered... I waited more than a week for my refund still I didn't get the refund.. Take necessary steps to refund my amount...

              I applied for Normal passport on dated 09/11/2019 through https://portal2.passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/welcomeLink#
              at 2:44 pm,
              after that i received a payment link on my email (delhi.[protected]@yahoo.com) from '( [protected]@passportapply.org)' this email. Then go through with the given link ( https://rzp.io/l/QML7kEg.) Razorpay.)
              the actual passport fee Rs.1500/- only But through this portal they charged Rs.3950/- by my HDFC Bank account .(payment transfer ref no.[protected], Narration - DeBYjORxqnbOmf/RAZPRAZORPAYSOFTWARE)
              After that i got a confirmation from passport office that they received Rs.1500/- only.
              The Passport officer said that it is a fraud.
              So where is my rest of amount.
              kindly do the necessary action against this fraud, If its not resolve then i will file a FIR or Police complaint

                      I recently booked a ticket via irctc app through the razorpay (G-pay) option provided on the irctc app. The transaction was processed and the amount was deducted from my account but the app showed that the transaction was unsuccessful and the ticket didn't get booked.
