Hi,
I was booking my ticket via IRCTC app on 7/11/2019 at 8.59PM.
I paid via google pay VPA [protected]@oksbi
upi transaction id is[protected]

My money has been deducted but the ticket has not been booked
IRCTC is showing that pending from bank end
The transaction id is [protected]...

I want my refund ASAP...

Pls fix your servers ......

I am Ramasamy i try to book a ticket through irctc app and my payment transferred to razorpay account but ticket not get, i think it's not transferred to irctc so please refund the money,

Dear team, as part of my car insurance renewal i have used the razorpay link on oct 25th 2019 for payment (As suggested by royal sundaram insurance). Money got debited from my account and i got the payment successful mail. But till date i have not received any approval from royal sundaram insurance. When i called toll free no of royal sundaram they were telling no payment received.

On 25th october 2019 i have paid my car insurance renewal amount through razorpay(link was sent by royal sundaram).i have used the link and done the payment. I got the payment successful mail but the further process i have not received any call or mail from insurance company.
So i request you to kindly refund my money back.please see below my payment details

Payment is done but my ticket is not booked in irctc done via google pay powered by razor pay. No refund has been initiated nor a msg of has been refund. Bo help is being provided from both the sides neither razor pay nor irctc. Plz look into the matter and respond fast. Because i have to book other tickets also. Hope you see this matter. Today afternnon i did my credit card payment.
Amount debited but bill not generated
It showing transaction successful.
I did not get any msg
But amount was debited by icici account.
By checking the icici statement it shows debited by razorpay.
My transaction id : *[protected]* amount 6000
Please do the needfull and clear the issue as soon as possible.

I am paid the loanfront repayment but not confirmation in loan front app... My money is deducted in bank account.. No confirmation payment details in loan fornt status still today..

I was trying to book a ticket. The money got deducted and ticket did not book.
The date was 10 oct 2019 and still i did not get refund. I have provided all the details to the razorpay team but they respond very late and have not processed my refund yet.

Lonefront ka emi pay karna tha 24 octomber ko razorpay se payment kiya to failed huwa lekin amount to deduct ho gaya.. Lonefront ki penalty lagi isliye 25 octomber ko vapas payment kiya wo bhi payment account se deduct ho gaya lekin emi pay nahi huwa
Call center ka number busy hai emil karti hu to bhi koi replay nahi aa raha hai

Subject date of loan loan app dated 8.10.2019 was paid by razor-pay on 12/10/2019 (October 2019) before the said time period, but loan loan app is not deducted.
In the above subject, i request that i paid the loanfront app dated 08.10.2019 from my mobile number [protected] on 12/10/2019 by razer-pay (October 2019), but the loan loan amount was not deducted. She went. For which i have been re-paid today on 22/10/2019 to avoid panelty.in...

I was booking a ticket from IRCTC App from BSL to PPI on 18 Oct 2019. Everything was going fine but when it came to payment gateway my amount was deducted from bank account with the help of google pay. Now gpay is showing me a successful transaction but my ticket is not booked IRCTC app is showing pending response from bank and transaction is failed. My money is also refunded into my account....

this is regarding online payment and payment through PayPal I knew that it is going to be fraud. I was prepared for loss of this much amount.
But I would like to inform you that the following Gateway which is mentioned is having fraud approach of getting the money from freelancer working people asking some money for them to the task which is performed....
