Razorpay — Payment Settlement | |
I had created an Account on 7th May 2021 to receive payments for my services from my clients. My account was activated and I sent two payment links to one of my clients and my client paid the amount . The very next day, I was informed that my account is being de-activated as the banking partner has rejected my account I was informed about the charge back period of 120 days Its been more then 120 days now and I'm yet to hear anything about my money which is lying with Razor Pay Following are the Ticket IDs #5461502 | Category: Activation CLOSED Raised 4 months ago(SUN, MAY 9, 2021, 06:23 PM) Hello, We regret to inform you that, unfortunately we would not be able to support your business as the bank has not approved your activation form. Each application is forwarded to our banking partners. They have their own criteria and methods depending on which they approve an application. They do not provide detailed information and in such cases, the decisions of our partner banks is final and binding. Your funds would be released after 120 days of rejection date.
