I have tried to book a ticket on 15 oct 18 thro irctc app from nagpur to bhusaval for date of journey 19 oct.18. Payment mode was by using razorpay thro tez app Rs.901.47 deducted from my bank a/c but ticket has not been booked Google trans id: cicagkccxesvdq Upi trans id:[protected] Please look into the issue & initiate the refund. Verified Support Oct 19, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi ManojWe checked the payment id: pay_B9tNIXx7tqBIdg and see that this is an unsuccessful transaction. If the funds have been debited and you have not got a ticket confirmation from IRCTC, you will receive the refund credit in 10 working days.
