I've got a message today about a successful payment. The problem is the following. I didn't order any of this tickets. I had to forbid my credit card. Because of it, i can't pay, can't get my money from the ATM-s and i have to go through a really long and irritating process to get my money back(or not, because the bank can say, it's not their mistake). So I want to get my money back somehow.

To me it happened the same on day 15 of december. didnt purchase anything but they took the money from my account. how is this possible????? i already put a reclamation and i want my money back because this is fraude.
