[Resolved]  Razorpay — railway ticket booking

Respected sir, my name is manoj o m. I was trying to book three railway tickets on 5th march 2018 (5.19pm). I was used upi procedure for payment. When i was book the time i try to book irctc app. That they ask which type transaction., then i give debit card. That razorpay window is open and give details. But tickets wasn't booked and my cash (Rs.6116.80) debited in my account. Then i try to contact razorpay customer care call center but never get their connection. Till the time the cash isn't credited my account. My transaction id number is[protected]. So sir please help me to resolve this matter and my cash return credit my account at the earliest.

I made a booking through IRCTC Rail Connect app, in which i selected UPI option. Payment was made to [protected]@hdfcbank. But the ticket booking didnt happen.
