[Resolved] Razorpay — razorpay-irctc ticket booking money deducted from bank account but irctc shows pending from bank end | |
Hi, I booked a ticket from IRCTC app on 29 March 2019 from Calicut to Mangalore. For the Google pay transaction I choose Razorpay as the payment gateway. After submitting the details, a request of payment was sent to me in Google pay by razorpay and paid by me. Money was debited from my account but status for ticket was shown as pending from bank end in IRCTC and eventually the transaction failed in IRCTC after some time. I want the money to be refunded back to my account as soon as possible.
