Razorpay — Razorpay- payment issue while shopping on banggood.com

Dear sir/madam,

I have ordered a product from banggood.com on 06 Jan 2020 of Rs.1637. 01 using UPI through phonepe to ([protected]@mairtel) and Payment gateway was razorpay, the amount was debited successfully from bank.

But the payment was not processed till now. It says "payment pending" in order status.

I have confirmed with banggood customer care they confirmed that payment had not reached them till now. So, the order was not confirmed.

Kindly look on to the issue and refund the amount as soon as possible.

I did transaction on 06 jan19 for e-chalan for my scooter AP35AF6113 THROUGH freecharge wallet money debited from your side but but transaction not success from merchant end..that is .do the best. This is 2and complaint

My money 320Rs was paid for online shopping app Ant Girl Collection via Razorpay . I came to know it is a fraud app . I need a refund of my money soon .
I request Razorpay to give my refund soon please .

Hi sir, i have taken loan from loanfront app,
I have been pay the loan amount yesterday through Razorpay link to the loan front,
The app still showing repay the amount, but my money was debited from my account, please kindly solve this problem and reverse my money to the bank account...
