[Resolved] Razorpay — redmi note pro 7 booked order no 12767

Dear sir on 19 the March 2019 I made a booking for Redmi Note 7 pro by making a payment of RS 12890 and received a confirmation that the transaction is successful with order number 12767 my credit card transaction ref no[protected] . My username being Bharathi R Sulibhavi I have not received any confirmation mail and details of product being dispatched till date, the amount has already been deducted from my credit card.

Kindly update me the status of transaction if product is not available arrange for refund by cancelling the order
