[Resolved]  Razorpay — refund

Hi razorpay, I have done an IRCTC ticket booking transaction on 21april, 2018.payment option is debit card.i have done it from sbi debit card.the amount of rupees 2030 is deducted from my account but ticket was not booked.shows the message transaction failed.transaction id is [protected].i didn't get my refund till now.its above the 15 days limited time.kindly help me in this.thanx. regards Amit Sharma.
