Hi team, My ticket no: 4311428, nobroker has initiated an refund of rs 9800 on 7th sep 2020. Refund id: (Rfnd_fae2necew6fdnf). Status of the refund as 'your refund has been delayed'. My credit card payment has been generated. This month i have spend rs 9800 from hand to avoid penalty. I have been following up with your customercare support executives for the past 2 weeks. I haven't received any response yet. I was totally disappointed by your customercare support executives. I need a response on when i will get my refund. The issue was not yet resolved. I am tired of explaining it to everyone. I have reference id for refund from Razorpay and I can track the status. But you are asking me to check with payzapp team who doesn't have any clue about the transaction.How can I ask them to reinitiate the refund without any reference? Need response, otherwise, I will escalate it
