[Resolved] Razorpay — refund issue

I was booking eticket on 28.10.2018 from irctc online. For payment i used rozarpay payment gateway but ticket not booked amount 2086.47 was debited from my obc bank account . Now i am checking for refund status on irctc site it is showing that refund has been done to rozarpay. But till date amount has not refunded to my account by rozarpay. I am also complaining on website but there is no good respone from there end.

Updated by 85sushil I had already file dispute with the bank regarding this Amount as per your email received on 08.11.2018 but bank has not received any amount from your end. This I had already report you on your wbsite https://razorpay.com/support/#request for any further queries. but till now I have not got any reply from your end.
