[Resolved] Razorpay — refund issue | |||||
I was booking eticket on 28.10.2018 from irctc online. For payment i used rozarpay payment gateway but ticket not booked amount 2086.47 was debited from my obc bank account . Now i am checking for refund status on irctc site it is showing that refund has been done to rozarpay. But till date amount has not refunded to my account by rozarpay. I am also complaining on website but there is no good respone from there end. Irctc transaction id[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
