[Resolved]  Razorpay — Regarding refund

Sir i had booked a ticket from irctc on 8th june 2019 4.15pm & 5.02pm through googlepay, powered by 'razorpay'.₹330 was deducted from my account but in the "failed transaction history"of my irctc account it is showing that "the transaction is pending from bank's end" the transaction id was-[protected]. Even after today i have not got any refund.. Kindly look into it.. I have attached the screenshots of google pay as well as irctct transaction details.

We checked our logs for the transaction [protected] and confirm that the same is an unsuccessful payment. You will receive the refund for the same in your account within 7-10 working days. This is Dhanveer I have booked 3 tickets in IRCTC App and paid through razorpay in google pay app but ticket is not booked and the money got deducted.please Do refund my money Rs.1230 as soon as possible
