Razorpay — Settlement is on hold from last 45 days Razorpay not releasing my money | |
Hi, my merchant id is FOxHQo84JftleW I received a notification that my settlements on hold after that I raised a ticket they are asking for invoices of 30 transactions because they found some risk issue I provided all 30 invoices of customers then they are asking that I reach out to the customer and provide Razorpay with an email confirmation from the cardholder stating that he/she has received the services and is satisfied with the services received and does not wish to dispute the transaction any further but they have not raised any disputes then why i send them mail and disturb them and many of my customers even forget of my website if I mail them after 2-3 months they don't even remember me. right now in my merchant account only 2 payments on disputes which I already submitted proof of delivery and provide all the invoices but no response from Razorpay so what should I do in this case please help with this issue.
