[Resolved]  Razorpay — Settlement on hold because of which Business is going in high loss.

As a part of your financial risk measures my settlement is put on hold and i have lost my business because all my money got stuck with you which you haven't settled in my bank. When i got this mail, immediately i sent all the information they were asking but it's been days and i haven't even received a single reply from them. I tried to call them and no one never picked up call due to Covid-19. I raised a complaint on razorpay website and got a mail which is having a ticket number 4401412 but after that no mail. So this mail is of no use also. I should not have trusted this fraud company in the fast place. They have ruined my business and no one is even reply to me. I swear, not gonna use Online payment gateway of razorpay after this. I would suggest all people out there to not use this fraud and this bad customer care services company. Worst company razorpay.
