[Resolved] Razorpay — Settlement on hold because of which Business is going in high loss. | |
As a part of your financial risk measures my settlement is put on hold and i have lost my business because all my money got stuck with you which you haven't settled in my bank. When i got this mail, immediately i sent all the information they were asking but it's been days and i haven't even received a single reply from them. I tried to call them and no one never picked up call due to Covid-19. I raised a complaint on razorpay website and got a mail which is having a ticket number 4401412 but after that no mail. So this mail is of no use also. I should not have trusted this fraud company in the fast place. They have ruined my business and no one is even reply to me. I swear, not gonna use Online payment gateway of razorpay after this. I would suggest all people out there to not use this fraud and this bad customer care services company. Worst company razorpay. Same issue they did to me. All my workings got disturbed. I have submitted all they have demanded. Without any dispute raised by customer they hold my funds and demanding delivery proofs. It is totally fraud company.

Same Happened with me email Received stated that after 160 Days they will settle but nothing happen after 1 year Fraud Company taking all Money
