        On oct 3 at12:15am, I have paid 558rs to airtelmoney.[protected]@icici for
        pre-paid recharge for my no [protected], through google pay
        UPI transaction id:[protected] the amount had deducted from my bank account but the recharge was unsuccessful, So I request for refund of my amount immediately.

          This is regarding the order I had placed in Navinaa.com on the 24th of September, order number :1700, 1707.
          We had a total of 2000rs payments through Razorpay.This website no more exists.What happened to our money now? Facebook had displayed advertisements of this website which gave us the genuineness of it.Please help with this order. Refund our money back.

                            Hi team,

                            My ticket no: 4311428, nobroker has initiated an refund of rs 9800 on 7th sep 2020. Refund id: (Rfnd_fae2necew6fdnf). Status of the refund as 'your refund has been delayed'. My credit card payment has been generated. This month i have spend rs 9800 from hand to avoid penalty. I have been following up with your customercare support executives for the past 2 weeks. I haven't received any response yet. I was totally disappointed by your customercare support executives. I need a response on when i will get my refund. If i haven't received a response again, i will file a complaint against razorpay.

                            The issue was not yet resolved. I am tired of explaining it to everyone. I have reference id for refund from Razorpay and I can track the status. But you are asking me to check with payzapp team who doesn't have any clue about the transaction.How can I ask them to reinitiate the refund without any reference? Need response, otherwise, I will escalate it

                              Paid my college fees amounting to rs 35900, the money was not credited to college and it's 48 days and there is no response from razorpay about refund. They are not responding and have also made falso commitment that refund is done on 7 th sep, but my bank has denied no such refund is done. I am cheated by razorpay, they are fraud, help me to get my money.

                                Settlement on hold because of which Business is going in high loss.

                                As a part of your financial risk measures my settlement is put on hold and i have lost my business because all my money got stuck with you which you haven't settled in my bank.                                       I ordered the smartwatch for which I chose to pay Amount In installments and this service has been providing by Razorpay . So I decided to payout my first Tranche through it of Rs.1187.26. for which I received notification of Account debited but neither received any acknowledgement of placing the order and nor send the amount to smartwatch company for which I'm brooded.
                                      On Customer care Number, They just defer on problems by saying...
