I had made a payment via your payment gateway to thinkkshop for 2 tops, but unfortunately till date have not yet received any items nor any messages on the delivery status till date. The only message i got is from you saying that the payment is successful,,, the below is the message i got from your unfortunately i think, that this is a fraud company and i would appreciate if you could please investigate this company, as you will agree you would have taken their details while setting up their account with razorpay … also while crediting the amount right?
I'm sure you don't want to have people mistrust your payment platform, i have read many complaints below asking for their refunds,,, appreciate if you could respond to my query at the earliest to - [protected]@hotmail.com,. I have even sent a mail to your grievance cell but
Also your toll free number[protected] is not active - kindly solve that issue also..
