Razorpay — Settlements are on hold | |||
As a part of your financial risk measures my settlement is put on hold and i have lost my business because all my money got stuck with you which you haven't settled in my bank. When i got this mail, immediately i sent all the information they were asking but it's been days and i haven't even received a single reply from them. I tried to call them and no one never picked up call due to Covid-19. I raised a complaint on razorpay website and got a mail which is having a ticket number 3834080. We already mailed all details of business and payment id clarification. But our problem still not resolved from last 10 days Was this information helpful? | |||
