[Resolved] Razorpay — ticket booking failed but amount deducted by tez app upi | |||
Hello razor pay team, Money deducted from bank account, ticket not booked Have tried to book a ticket (Irctc mobile app) from dadar to htk on 31/01/2018 for date of journey 01/02/2018 payment mode as razorpay. Money rs 385 deducted from my bank account and ticket has not been booked. Please look into this issue and initiate refund at the earliest. Attached screenshots for the same.
