ticket booking failed but amount deducted by tez app upi

Hello razor pay team,

Money deducted from bank account, ticket not booked

Have tried to book a ticket (Irctc mobile app) from dadar to htk on 31/01/2018 for date of journey 01/02/2018 payment mode as razorpay.

Money rs 385 deducted from my bank account and ticket has not been booked. Please look into this issue and initiate refund at the earliest.

I booked a ticket on irctc via tez app and my amount of rs 95 was deducted twice for a single transaction and my ticket wasn't booked either. This has happened twice with me. The firsy time being on 17th of jan where the transaction was done via phonepe. I'm yet to receive the amount of 105. I'm highly disappointed with the service.
I'm hoping i get all my money back asap.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are a payment gateway and facilitate IRCTC with on-line payments.

If the funds have been debited from your account and you have not got a ticket confirmation from IRCTC, it is considered as an unsuccessful payment and you will receive the credit in your account within 7-10 working days automatically.

If you do not receive a credit in your account after 10 working days, please drop us a mail to [protected]@razorpay.com with a copy of your bank statement from the date of debit till date.

I had booked ticket on irctc . payment of 240 was done through UPI. And money was transferred to your bank. But my ticket was not confirmed by saying no response from bank.

    I booked a ticket on Irctc via UPI and my money was transferred twice from my account i.e 95rs were transferred twice for a single transaction. i did not receive the ticket confirmation either. Extremely poor customer service. Highly disappointed.

      Hi razorpay,

      My irctc payment using bhim app (Razorpay payment gateway) got failed on 17th jan, amount debited from bank but not received refunded after 7 days to my account. As per irctc, they have not received payment for this transaction.

      I tried to book my ticket in irctc app through razorpay using ipo address but money was credited razorpay account and my ticket was not booked and my money was debited from my account .       my money also deducted from my account but ticket is not booked :(. Still there is no reply or possible solution from that people. i raised a complaint on consumer complaints form also but i could not gt my money back. i have mailed to this id "[email protected]" hope it helps .

      My transaction failed during ticket booking using razorpay UPI system. Could you please refund the amount. the details are as attached. It's really shameful that nobody reponds to mails.

            I am going to write my issue here since I am not getting an response while emailing your support email.

            I use Koinex for trading, and by mistake I once sent 2 payments from NRO accounts to Koinex, but they were immediately rejected and I got an email from Razorpay about the refunds. That was 21st Dec 2017.

            Now waiting a week after that, I did not get any refunds. I understood refunds dont go to NRO account, so i gave my NRE account also on 2nd Jan and was told I would get my refund in a week.

            I still have not got my refund and this is really frustrating.
            Here's the refund IDs rfnd_9G42EUYDSIYCWP and rfnd_9GIsewRTJVZmKF.

            I have messaged RazorPay in FB last week and all they keep saying is that there's an issue at the bank side.

            There is one more client with the same issue as mine, and his bank is HDFC and mine is ICICI. How can there be similar bank issues with 2 different banks?

              A refund of ₹ 436.09 has been successful at our end on Dec 30, 2017.

              While refunds are instant from our end, It may take up to 5-7 working days, please note that the working days does not include any bank holidays.
              Actual time taken for refund depends on your payment cycle with your bank.

              If there is a delay in the refund, you will have to contact your bank and file a dispute/chargeback against this transaction. You may submit your bank statement as proof for the debit, stating "Money has been debited from my account and I have not received services/product and not got a refund".

                On 3rd december 2017m two train tickets were booked. One was for journey on 3/12/17 through irctc train for 3ac. The second was for journey 10/12/17 through irctc train for 2ac. Both the tickets were for two persons - both senior citizens. Rupees 822.05 for 3ac including razorpay commission (As gateway) was debited from my bank account. And rupees 1170.83 (Including gateway commmssion) was debited for 2ac train ticket from my bank account. Both these tickets were cancelled on 4/12/17. Irctc after deducting the cancellation amount sent me mail saying that rupees 745/- (For 2ac) and rupees 440/- (For 3ac) would be credited to my bank account through the same method through which it was debited earlier i. E. Rupees 1170.83 and rupees 822.05. Today it is 12th of december 2017 and am still waiting for this amount to be credited in my account. Is there anyone in razorpay.com who is listening. How long should i wait for this amount. It is really disgusting to say the least.

                  That's side cheat my money. Anushka srivastava a girl. She call me pay 2500 rupees and she gives me call girl or dating girl. So i am paid that's amount. But she and her team razorpay don't give me any call girl or any dating girl. I paid that's amount 4 months ago. I paid 22 may 2017. But she can't give me any call or dating girl.

                    We have opted for razor-pay.. Payment gateway system and we got funds transferred from our client on 29th of august till today 20th september our payments haven't got settled. Reason they are giving is sbi issued wrong ifsc code even-though it is officialy printed on checkbooks these incapable payment gateway system organizers saying it is invalid. Because of them we have lost our credibility. We believed in it after seeing that it is a product from iit rourkee alumni and it is backed by snapdeal cofounders and other biggies. Ok it is proved that even investors get deceived by incapable gateway systems
