[Resolved] Razorpay — ticket not booked but money deducted from my account | |||
Dear sir/ma'am, When i was booking a ticket form mzp to bkn then paytm is done and dabit from account and rs 1290 credit to [protected]@hdfcbank but ticket has not booked. I got a massage - Rs 1290.00 debited from a/c *1011 on 04-08-18 to vpa razorpay. [protected]@hdfcbank (Upi ref no[protected]. Not you? Sep 6, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Aug 05, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Vishal, We checked the mentioned tnx id and see that it was an unsuccessful txn. As there has been a debit for this, pls note the amount will be credited back to u in 7-10 days. For further updates please follow the mail thread with reference number 231228.
