May 27, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 13, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Bikram, We checked the transaction in reference to[protected] and see that is an unsuccessful transaction .If the funds have been debited and you have not got a ticket confirmation from IRCTC, you will receive the credit in 10 working days.
