[Resolved]  Razorpay — transaction failed in irctc app but amount taken from the bank account through bhim app

I tried to book ticket from chennai to pollachi through bhim app razorpay... But the amount was successfully debited for rs.370 from my bank account but transaction was shown as failed in irctc app.. So please concern about this issue and provide me with a solution as soon as possible... Pls sir.. It's urgent
I have attached screenshot of successful transaction in bhim app and failure transaction in irctc app.

I was booking train ticket from irctc app through razorpay but the money was deducted and the ticket was not booked.money is received to the razorpay but not to the irctc.Transaction id- [protected].i was paying to razorpay through Bhim upi.

Sir, I paid razarpay ₹700 in Irctc for ticket booking through paytm upi on 19th june, 2018
My money got debited and transaction in paytm was successful but transaction failed in irctc.
Please refund my money as soon as possible.
