[Resolved]  Razorpay — tried to book 2 tickets on irctc app money got deducted tickets not booked

I was booking train tickets using irctc app an amount of 690.49 got deducted but the ticket was not booked this happened twice. When the redirects to payment gateway i paid the amount using upi app the amount got deducted but then the tickets were not booked. Again i tried the same and the tickets were not booked but rs 690.49 got deducted. I request immediate refund.

While doing payment through Google pay amount 650 got deducted but I did not get any refund. Kindly help

We checked our logs and see that the payment 100001915450813 is an unsuccessful transaction. You would ideally receive the refund for the same to your account within 7-10 working days. You can track the status of your refund here https://razorpay.com/support/#refund.
