We have raised an issue with RazorPay on 8th Nov 2022 related to the Payment CheckOut page. When a payment is to be initiated by the user, and he/she clicks on “Pay Now” instead of the payment initiation page an error pop-up stating “Oops Something Went Wrong. No Appropriate Payment Method found” is displayed. This is experienced in the live mode; unfortunately, Razorpay has not even bothered to reach out to us, and their website still shows that my issue will be resolved within 24 hours. At least Razorpay should sincerely worked on the customer requests when issues or concerns are raised in the live mode.
I[censored]nable to act within the SLA, Razorpay must have sent a communication email stating the issue’s status.
With multiple service requests and calls, there is no response from Razorpay.
