I am using Razorpay from last one year, till date I have not received any call or message from them related to service.
Suddenly on 16th December an email comes that your funds have been held, get your verification done by us.
They demanded from me to give the satisfaction email of their receiver whether they have received the service or not.
I got this email provided to them, and I got them email provided not for 1 recipient but for 5 customers, in which it was clearly written that my customers that we have got the service, we are happy with the services,
Even after that new stories of these people are coming that get this done, get that done, we will not give money,
I want to inform all of you that don't take the service of Razorpay these people are very lazy and they don't have any email id contact number
This only makes people mad and the worst service in the world is by Razorpay.

    Hi, I tried to contribute Rs 50000 to my NPS account on 10th December, 2022 through Razorpay payment gateway. The amount for debited from my bank account and in my UPI app the transaction shows successful but in NPS website it showed transaction failure. Hence the contribution is not considered by NPS and I didn't receive any SMS from NPS that units will be credited. Attached below are proof that amount is debited and transaction has failed in NPS. Please resolve this issue and refund my amount (Rs. 50000)

            Debit of 149 rs from my bhim upi

            Dear sir
            on 4-4-22 at 3.36 pm rs 149 were debited from my bank through Bhim upi and credited to upi razorpay.[protected]@icici.
            transaction id is[protected]
            its autopay execution for razorpay
            i don't think i have started any autopay
            kindly inform the name of merchant whom payment is done

            Dear sir, I m Dashan Trivedi. I was paid Byjus self Learnig course fees through Razorpay gateway, by ICICI credit card EMI option on dt. 17/11/2022. this payment transaction/id is RAZORPAY:BRZR79420986 of amount of =88000/- . I have cancelled the order so I want refund my payment of mention as per above amount.

                        We have raised an issue with RazorPay on 8th Nov 2022 related to the Payment CheckOut page. When a payment is to be initiated by the user, and he/she clicks on “Pay Now” instead of the payment initiation page an error pop-up stating “Oops Something Went Wrong. No Appropriate Payment Method found” is displayed. This is experienced in the live mode; unfortunately, Razorpay has not even bothered to reach out to us, and...

                        My name ziccah segana. Recently I made online purchases on Indian website using shoppre as an assistant purchases. My orders were canceled by shoppre saying they received an email from Razorpay instructing them not to process my orders as the believe my transaction was suspicious. Tried to solve the issue with shoppre and refund was promised to me since 19 October 2022. Shoppre are saying I should contact razorpay as they are the gateway payments in india. I tried to emailed Razorpay about 5 times, still waiting for there reply. I have been patient enough. My whatspp number and contact number are +[protected]. My email is [protected]@gmail.com.

                          I did a purchase online at one of sites abuggy.com and i never received any order confirmation nor did i receive the product...after multiple follow ups they said they are processing refund and it has been done till now ..i follwed with razor pay and theyb asked to check with bank...i m following with bank from last 3 months and credit is still not there...
                          Razor pay has not reverted back to my latest emails also..
                          The txn is dates 11th July and i have been following with abuggy, razor pay and standard chartered Bank but credit has still not been processed...
                          Razor pay should give money back as they signed up fraudulent merchant and they acted as intermediary in between bank and merchant..

                              Date of the transaction - October 6th
                              Transaction number - [protected]

                              My Loan EMI with auto payment has been done on October 6th, from my axis bank account to Lazypay merchant.
                              And from my bank statement, I found that this transaction has been done by 'Razorpay software private limited'.
                              I raised my complaint to both axis bank and Lazypay but they are saying the issue is not from their side.
                              So as a payment gateway I want you to confirm the process you have done with Lazypay.
                              Please check this issue and resolve as soon as possible

                                  Total 20 tickets raised and near about 100 communicatin mails in two months. Its only for payment settlement process. We already all documents submitted.still pending payment settlement process.

                                  It is observed that we have been raising tickets for payment settlement for a long time and they are making different requirements every time. I think they don't want to solve the issue. Razorpay would cause so much trouble to the customers. Thay replied format same to all user and there are no any customer service for calling.
                                  I think we all sellers need to lodge the complaint against razorpay in RBI. There are big amount hold by razorpay and it using razorpay without any intrest. Its big scam in razorpay. Media need to focus on this scam
