[Resolved] Razorpay — Upi transaction successful but recipient has not received money | |||
I have made a payment to airtel money on September 1 2020 for 698 rupees The money was debited from my account and credited to Airtelmoney.[protected]@icici. I complained to Airtel regarding the same and till now the money has not been reversed to my account, they say that thy have not got the money, where is my money then? Verified Support Sep 11, 2020 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Vignesh, We checked our logs for the refund: rfnd_FZ0fYsVn4gzCOp and we confirm that the refund has been successfully processed on 4th Sept, 2020 with Reference Number[protected]. You should have received the refunds credit in your account within 7-10 working days. If you have not received the credit, kindly get in touch with your issuing bank for further assistance.
