[Resolved]  Razorpay — very very urgent air ticket for 25.10.18 not booked yet.

I booked a flight ticket on 22 october 2018
In irctc through razorpay payment
On 12-10-18 to vpa razorpay. [protected]@hdfcbank (Upi tran. Id no [[protected]].
On that time the payment was successful "also show msg payment done successfully you can closed section" i thought the ticket is being booked
But i have not received any msg or email of ticket booking yet.
I received msg of payment deduction from my bank. I. E rs.3116.80/-
Also showing payment successful msg on my google pay ac its showing "money deposited in recipient's bank.
But when i see on irctc side ticket status showing not booked.
It was not booked and not showing any status/details of payment.
I also wright yesterday on razorpay but not received any replay yet.

So please let me know whether ticket was booked or not & whats's the current status of my money, can i booked another tickets.

Now i lost the priority in booking there was no intimation. I am doing booking regularly by using irctc & net banking also done lots of transaction by using google pay but never get this type of experience. Very worst experience o[censored]pi razorpay...
Also try to find status on razorpay but not getting any information & call center line is not connected to representative.
Attach photos of

1) sms from my bank 2) irctc booking status 3) googal pay payment status.
