RBL Bank — After a year not received Welcome kit

I have opened the Account in RBL Bank Last year. After Depositing the money account got freezed because of Welcome kit doesn't Receive. Get unfreeze the account after confirming my communication address by visiting executive @my place they confirm me that your address is correct & in few days you will receive your welcome kit. But they didn't send anything.after a year they informed me that your account got changed because of non maintain minimum balance. I request you to help me in this because they done nothing to help me
