I have applied for voucher worth 2000 INR in rewards portal, however RBL bank issued just 1000 INR only..after multiple mail communication there is no proper feedback..

I have tried to recharge my mobile using rbl rewards points. Points get deducted and paid remaining using the card on 27.10.2023 and till now status is in progress only. RBL people are not aware about what is the meaning of mobile recharge, it should happen soon but here more than a week pending.

It seems they looting the money in the name of redemption. No response over customer service mail and their head also.
Cheap people's always there is no reputation in RBL cards.

Hi, Not sure why RBL bank ATM was shut by security personnel, security gaurd says he is building security and not belongs to bank and he can't let me inside building to access ATM and building has not given permission for security.

Not sure why it's called ATM then when time restriction as imposed,

If security gaurd is suggesting me to access other banks ATM, then what is the point of me having account in RBL BANK

I had availed a dial for cash loan from RBL bank ending with XX98 of total amount Rs 232000 which was processed on 25.03.2023. Later after consultation with the RBL executive over telephone I had paid the total amount of Rs 215118.79 towards foreclosure of the same on 20.09.2023. I have received a bill of Rs 80k against my card number ending with 8002. For the past 6-7 months I am in deep financial crisis so I am unable to pay the full amount. I can pay 10% of the total bill and want to settle the card. Kindly do the needful please

I have opened the Account in RBL Bank Last year. After Depositing the money account got freezed because of Welcome kit doesn't Receive. Get unfreeze the account after confirming my communication address by visiting executive @my place they confirm me that your address is correct & in few days you will receive your welcome kit. Had done RBL credit card payment through the RBL mobile app using the bill desk payment. The Transaction was done through Netbanking and the amount of Rs 27625.09 has been deducted from the account. There was an error message stating unable to process at this point in time try again later. While I checked the bank account, the amount has already been deducted from bank.

Sir/madam,
I was cheated by the executive of RBL Bank.
I got the Call from the mobile no. [protected] and he says that he is the executive of RBL Bank and try to convince me to take the RBL duet Card.
He messaged me with his whatsapp number [protected].
He says my Credit limit is 2.5 lac I got the msg from paisabazar that my credit card limit is 34000. I told him that but he says your limit is approved from RBL bank is 2.5 lac and this will show from RBL bank side
He told lie to me about the credit card offer:-
4.5% cashback on bpcl petrol pump
1 on 1 movie ticket free
2.5 lac credit limit
Which is totally fake.
According to his behavior it seems that it's a general practice of him.
please call and verify to another customer who was assisted by him
Please take the necessary action against him.

I have logged a complaint[protected] for reversal of Debit card fee that was deducted 2 times from my account in a FY, but they closed it.

New Req no. 64031595 logged on 19 April 23.

That complaint has been closed without resolution and reversal, Please return the amount of Rs. 590/- that was deducted extra.
