I have made a payment of 10301.03 on 1/09/2022 midnight 1:23am through RBL my card app i received message of payment acceptance and mail as well but still the app isn't updated and showing to pay the amount
1 sep 2022 is my last date of bill i am not going to bear any late fee fine !! Because of your pathetic service

I would charge them with harassment and I am currently struggling with my mental health after trying to remain patient and dealing with them for over 5 years. First they forced me to open a NRE and NRO account in 2015, then h the Su charged me fees upto 5500 for not operating the account becoz I couldn’t get into internet banking nor card when I was overseas....

I have made the credit card payment from my Axis Bank Debit card and the amount was deducted. I paid it through RBL MyCard App and it showed success but the app UI isnt updating the payment and I have got no confirmation text on my phone. My due date is 4 June and I made the payment on 1 June.

The amout is Rs 9286.48 and it has been debited from my Axis Bank savings a/c but not reflected in RBL MyCard. I have called Customer...

Your RBL recovery agents are calling continuously and harassing me. Even though it is not problem, they are using unparliamentary language and dragging my family as well.

He is not in a position provide his details and threating me. Before lodging a police compliant against your bank and agents, filing a complaint here...

I'm receiving 10 to 15 calls per day from RBL Bank regarding credit card bill payment. The person whoever is calling me they are asking me to pay the credit card amount within the call itself. I have already told and still saying during the call that I'll pay the full outstanding amount by the end of Jan, 2022 and then I'll close the card. I did a purchase on zivame.com but the transaction got failed but the amount was deducted from my RBL Bank Credit Card. When I contacted bank for refund they said Zivame.com will refund the amount as they have received the amount. But zivame.com has confirmed me that they have not received this amount but the bank is still not crediting back the amount....

I have made a payment of Rs 39, 920/- on 1 at of may 2021 the amount was debited from my icici bank at 9.16 am and rbl bank has not received it because while making the payment there was an timeout on the rbl app, I checked with icici bank, they are saying that the payment has gone through successfully and they also have me transaction id, but rbl bank is saying to wait for 3 working days, after 3 working it's the due date of my, so I shouldn't...

NACH Payment Bounced on 02/11/2020 and paid my Over Dues manually on 03/11/2020 and also paid NACH Bounce Charges charged by Bank but still there is a lien Amount in my account.
Why there is lein amount even after paying charges.
