Address: No.4/28 pachiyappair street, East mogappir chennai -600037.

Below purchase not done by me and i made enquiry from RBL customer care on 30th December 23, they said it's renewal fee without my knowledge they made all the renewal payment and more over its EMI conversion renewal payment kindly check this card transaction i didn't used last 6 to 12 month without transaction how can be possible for EMI conversion, kindly look into this issue and cancel the payment and i have given request for card cancellation ending with 50 but they didn't done anything its poor service of RBL bank i am using two cards for RBL bank i would like to surrender the another card also due to poor response and unnecessary billing debited on customers head, Kindly look into issue on priority basis.
NOTE: Any Manual renewal or auto reveal without customer confirmation it should not be done as per RBI bank policy, i didn't get any confirmation or communication from RBL Bank side. It is Exceeding the RBI rules and regulation. If you your not taken any action on this i would like to forward to RBI knowledge.

    Sbccredit card mumbai has been deducted 1214.16 RS has been deducted from my RBL credit card, so please refund my amount . Balance has deducted twice on 13 th November 2023.

      Dear Sir,

      I have taken 3 xpress cash loan on RBL credit card 3 months back.

      I Have requested them to close the loan from the last 2 months. I have spoke with multiple customer executives to preclose my loan. but due to technical error from RBL iam unable to preclose my loan. Also I have billed 2 EMIs .

      Due to the technical issue from RBL bank iam suffering here. Also I have billed 2 EMIs. that interest components for those EMI's are loss for me.

      I have sent email to them also. But not getting response.

      I need to preclose my loans . And also they should reverse the interest components which they billed for 2nd and 3rd EMI. Also I want them to waive off preclosure charges as well. Since I have spent more time energy for the regards.

      Please do the needful.

        This is to inform you that I have a call on 24th at 2:37 from cell no.[protected] At 2 :30 pm introduced herself as a employee of RBL BANK and asked me regarding CREDIT CARD whether i want to use it or not. I go for to block the card and after that they ask me for otp to confirm the phone no. For blocking the card. As soon as i share the amount has been dedited from card. As i already lodge a complaint regarding fraud transacton within 12hrs with GDE NO. 1989 at POLICE STATION. So please help me to resolve urgently

          I have applied for voucher worth 2000 INR in rewards portal, however RBL bank issued just 1000 INR only..after multiple mail communication there is no proper feedback..

          I have tried to recharge my mobile using rbl rewards points. Points get deducted and paid remaining using the card on 27.10.2023 and till now status is in progress only. RBL people are not aware about what is the meaning of mobile recharge, it should happen soon but here more than a week pending.

          It seems they looting the money in the name of redemption. No response over customer service mail and their head also.
          Cheap people's always there is no reputation in RBL cards.

            Hi, Not sure why RBL bank ATM was shut by security personnel, security gaurd says he is building security and not belongs to bank and he can't let me inside building to access ATM and building has not given permission for security.

            Not sure why it's called ATM then when time restriction as imposed,

            If security gaurd is suggesting me to access other banks ATM, then what is the point of me having account in RBL BANK

                I recently discovered that a late payment fee of 5.90 Rupees was imposed on my account on 17.06.2023 statement. I am confident that this charge is unjustified because I have consistently made timely payments on my Credit card account no. ending with xxxxxxxxxx2695. In particular, the payment for the billing cycle, this late payment had been charged against the outstanding of 0.03 Rupees.

                It's alarming to note that this erroneous late payment charge has been reported to credit bureaus, resulting in a significant drop in my credit score.                   RBL Bank is a trap.
                  This is the only bank that force you to pay for the service you even do not want to use.
                  Most of their credit card marketing team are mis-selling by saying " Free for life " but start charging after 11 months . The annual fee is debited without any consent and information even if you cancel the card. Then they force you to pay. It's like extortion. If you don't pay, they will keep adding on charges late fee etc and make you defaulter and ruin your CIBIL score.
                  They will never reverse or refund the Annual fee even if you cancel the card.
                  They don't bother about complaints to RBI or any negative feedback on social media.
                  Then they start threatening like gangsters and warn you that our recovery agent will visit you to recover money
                  So I warn the RBL customers to get out of this bank in time before you get trapped.

                      I had availed a dial for cash loan from RBL bank ending with XX98 of total amount Rs 232000 which was processed on 25.03.2023. Later after consultation with the RBL executive over telephone I had paid the total amount of Rs 215118.79 towards foreclosure of the same on 20.09.2023. They had confirmed me that this included the foreclosure charges as well. Now, when I made a call to RBL bank requesting for the NOC of the closed loan, they say...

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      This is to bring to your kind notice that, recently i have applied for Personal Loan top up in HDFC & ICICI banks for my younger brother's marriage and the same request was rejected indicating low CIBIL score.

                      On verifying my CIBIL report i understand that some other customer's credit card details are incorrectly entered under my PAN and then submitted for his loan final settlement.

                              Had done RBL credit card payment through the RBL mobile app using the bill desk payment. The Transaction was done through Netbanking and the amount of Rs 27625.09 has been deducted from the account. There was an error message stating unable to process at this point in time try again later. While I checked the bank account, the amount has already been deducted from bank.
