Hi, Not sure why RBL bank ATM was shut by security personnel, security gaurd says he is building security and not belongs to bank and he can't let me inside building to access ATM and building has not given permission for security.

Not sure why it's called ATM then when time restriction as imposed,

If security gaurd is suggesting me to access other banks ATM, then what is the point of me having account in RBL BANK

    Pls give some to repayment the bill ok na because they harassing me I didn't get my rbl bank credit card payments on the month of oct 2023 but I didn't get salary in this month so pls I pay my bill on next month

      Dear RBL Customer Service Team,

      I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a pressing concern regarding an incorrect late payment charge that has been applied to my account. This issue has not only caused financial distress but has also adversely impacted my credit score.

      I recently discovered that a late payment fee of 5.90 Rupees was imposed on my account on 17.06.2023 statement. I am confident that this charge is unjustified because I have consistently made timely payments on my Credit card account no. ending with xxxxxxxxxx2695. In particular, the payment for the billing cycle, this late payment had been charged against the outstanding of 0.03 Rupees.

      It's alarming to note that this erroneous late payment charge has been reported to credit bureaus, resulting in a significant drop in my credit score. This has the potential to affect various aspects of my financial life, including future loan applications, interest rates, and more.

      I implore you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I have attached the relevant documentation, including a copy of the payment confirmation receipt that validates the timely payment. I kindly request that you investigate this matter urgently and ensure that my credit score is accurately updated to reflect the correct payment history.

      The integrity of my credit score is crucial, and I trust that RBL Bank values its customers and their financial well-being. I request that you keep me updated on the progress of this issue and provide confirmation once the necessary corrections have been made.

          Dial for Cash

          I had availed a dial for cash loan from RBL bank ending with XX98 of total amount Rs 232000 which was processed on 25.03.2023. Later after consultation with the RBL executive over telephone I had paid the total amount of Rs 215118.79 towards foreclosure of the same on 20.09.2023.           Dear Sir/Madam,

          This is to bring to your kind notice that, recently i have applied for Personal Loan top up in HDFC & ICICI banks for my younger brother's marriage and the same request was rejected indicating low CIBIL score.

          On verifying my CIBIL report i understand that some other customer's credit card details are incorrectly entered under my PAN and then submitted for his loan final settlement.

                They offered me for 5000 rewards but they didn’t close the card and they didn’t credit the rewards points

                  Had done RBL credit card payment through the RBL mobile app using the bill desk payment. The Transaction was done through Netbanking and the amount of Rs 27625.09 has been deducted from the account. There was an error message stating unable to process at this point in time try again later. While I checked the bank account, the amount has already been deducted from bank.

                    Sir/madam,
                    I was cheated by the executive of RBL Bank.
                    I got the Call from the mobile no. [protected] and he says that he is the executive of RBL Bank and try to convince me to take the RBL duet Card.
                    He messaged me with his whatsapp number [protected].
                    He says my Credit limit is 2.5 lac I got the msg from paisabazar that my credit card limit is 34000. I told him that but he says your limit is approved from RBL bank is 2.5 lac and this will show from RBL bank side
                    He told lie to me about the credit card offer:-
                    4.5% cashback on bpcl petrol pump
                    1 on 1 movie ticket free
                    2.5 lac credit limit
                    Which is totally fake.
                    According to his behavior it seems that it's a general practice of him.
                    please call and verify to another customer who was assisted by him
                    Please take the necessary action against him.

                                I performed a txn on 13 april 2023 for payment tp govt of haryana using credit card of rbl bank of Rs 73900 via transaction no tcp[protected]. this transaction yet not settled in beneficiary account and still shows in AWAITED status. i tried to call RBL bank many times but their representatives just said it was successful and not cooperating me. even toll free No of RBL bank is not in working condition. in this situation as a customer what i can do. please guide
