RBL Bank — already settlement has been done | |||
My issue is with teh credit card of rbl bajaj finserv I have already paid the used amount as per the statement. The spent amount was 1487.00 inr, but they have charged 8935.40 inr as annual fees and charges. And made it 10400+ I have called the customer care multiple times but they have not resolved the issue. I also asked for a degarde of card also but was unresloved They have blocked my card for more than 3 months. However they are going on sending the bill. The called me and asked to upgrade the existing card to super card (Rbl bajal finserv) for free of cost without annual fees. But now they have charged 8000+ inr as charges. Today i have called him in this regard, but the executive asked me to pay 1750 Inr to activate the card. The ref # they provided is 16464157. The collection department guy with name n. Naveen kumar on behalf of bajaj finserv has been calling multiple times even after conveyed him the issue but stiil the person has sent the collection guy to our place. Iam expecting that all the charges are waived off and a memo to the person who called us and has failed to update the peers in this regard. Was this information helpful? | |||
