RBL Bank — Amount debited but not credited in rbl credit card account | |
My name is Rajkumar S, i have paid rs.2973.84/- towards my rbl credit card using upi id on 02nd jan 2021 transaction details — (02.01.2021 ref num:UPI/[protected]/ccpayment/[protected]@r) the transaction processed and the amount deducted from my icici account but the credit card bill was not paid. Plz look into the issue resolve it as soon as possible bcoz due date is 1st Jan 2021 to pay my bill. (I have given above transaction details and reference no. From my icici bank account, also find attached acknowledgment by icici by mail and sms for your reference and record) Was this information helpful? | |
