RBL Bank — bajaj rbl credit card settlement done but harassment didn't stop

Hi, the most terrible mistake i did in my life was avaiing a bajaj rbl credit card. As i was jobless for a few months, unable to make payments for about 2-3 months and they imposed mighty penalties add on to their hefty rate of interest.

Then, the epic of harassments began. The recovery team started coming to my home and harassing my family members too.

Finally, one fine day i settled the card for 70% of the total outstanding on 6th april and they gave me 5 shots (Which i paid successfully).

For about a month, it was all good. Again, the torcher began. They started calling, messaging again & again that the settlement was not successful (Giving all the # reasons) and harassing my members too for more money.

I can't take it anymore and now i have decided to take this very seriously, if they doesn't stop it here. Kindly help & guide me with the further necessary actions.
