I am struggling with RBL BANK from last 1 year to access my account. I Live in United Arab Emirates under sponsorship of my Husband. Me & my Husband opened the account in RBL BANK. In between, My passport was expired and got renewed in UAE from Indian Embassy. Same time, somehow I lost the password for my online access. When i tried to reset the passport, RBL BANK portal rejects to accept the OLD passport details as that was expired. For That I requested the BANK to update my passport details. I sent my documents multiple times. But from last 1 year its only the emails up and down. They demand to produce Local Address Proo[censored]nder my name, which is not possible here as i am sponsored by my Husbank. Fun Part if that I send the same document for ReKYC, which i used to open my account. No Objection was raised on the documents under my Husband Name. Now there demand are different.
Then after few months of struggle, i got call from another sale lady from RBL BANK Saying that You can get online access with debit card. So She sell the debit card option to me and i Said OK for it. for which they deduct the annual charge instantly. Now AFter 3 months, I am not abe to set my PIN from my registered mobile.
RBL BANK staff and the Management are so poor and unprofessional in all the deals.
I recommended all NRI to close and transfer there account from RBL BANK. Their customer service sucks.
