Hi,
I would like to inform you all that I am also a victim of such kind of behavior by Gagan kohli team. He tried to call to me badly abused / Harrased and threatened them. Due to job loss I was not able to repay the loan amount and I requested him not to do such kind of activity but he didn't listen and continuedly did the same thing.
RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Total fraud trapped activities from bajaj rbl bank team, also for rbl one year free credit card denied to rbl credit card customer agent mohd abdulla,,, bajaj email complaint reference - sr88260026 rbl bank email reference no[protected]
      Want to report with need to penalty to rbl team for without customer permission, credit card blocked.

      I have been completely cheated even that is trying to trap me is trapping every person in this way even i am going to fraud due to bajaj rbl team for fraud super credit card.

      I will fall on it with this problem not ending even for this i have sent the whole enough record file where from the bajaj staff 15min+ with rbl verification team 29min+ call also.

      Even i want to know that this card is currently blocked by sms i can't see the solution that this trap has arranged for you.
      Currently i am informed by rbl credit card team that the card given is free for first year only that's i was informed after the all the incident like blocked.
      After coming to me i could not understand the information of the cards details like charges annual fee or any first year free or not in the charges so i made a complaint to rbl the next day rbl called me and gave me a misguidance.
      Even gave the line that he is md. Abdullah. He didn't even inform me that this card is fully chargeable 999+gst, it is not free for one year, so you will be fully chargable.

      But note one thing i am sharing the screenshot there it clearly says one year free. Of course i got the information 7 days after my card was delivered which told me to call them

      They are calling me without knowledge they are misrepresenting me and trying to fake the matter, i will take the case to a great extent until i get action.

      I would like to inform the bajaj - rbl both who are trying to fraud the people.
      They even want us to cut the charges in this way and make us cibil score down.

      Now what i want to know is that i want to ask some questions about,
      Who told me to close this card even if the customer said so i want enough proof.?
      I was even told that i want proof from rbl that you have been terminated as you could not be reached on the phone. I would also like to know why i was not told by email that i could not be connected to you by call i should have been by this time. I will not leave the rbl team for all these regulations.
      Teams themselves are working in their own way, not maintaining any regulations and mentioning customer problems.

      Need resulation for active the card with your problem how it will be, due to i am not responsible for this.
      Immediately revert.

        Incorrect charges

        I have taken CC in the year 2018, while applying its been committed to me as no Annual charges will be charged. but to my surprise RBL charged with Annual charges along with Insurance which i have not applied. As soon i came to know it, i have made complete payment which i have used and asked the customer rep to close my card as i am not willing to pay Annual charges.         Date of incident- Sun, Aug 28 at 12:32 PM
        I have paid all my used amount and have cleared all the balance which I have used. After which, I have requested RBL bank to close my credit card permanently, but they keep on imposing penalties every month. It was bank mistake that they have activated infinity pass on my account for which bank is liable to clear all dues which has not been executed from my side.

        I have been repeatedly upbringing and highlighted the issue of hidden charges have been added on my account, but no action is being taken from bank end to resolve the issue.

        So, please go through the attached pics help me to get out of this matter.

          Blocking of My Online USER ID and No Access to Account

          Hi Team,

          I am writing to you because the customer care team of RBL Bank has let me down in all aspect of customer service and are very rude on calls.

          There is an incorrect Finance charge triggered on my Credit Card ending with 5769 in the bill that was generated on 20th November.

          The Card Number is : 5243 **** **** 5769
          Name : Mukesh Jangid
          Registered Mobile Number : 9*******48
          Incorrect Amount Triggered:
          Finance Charge : 6883/-
          Deferred Finance Charge : 582/-
          Total : 7465/-

          The previous bill was paid before the due date. (Payment was made on 5th November) Due date was 9th November.
          However, it reflected on the other card on the same account. I escalated the same to the customer care to which they swapped the payment to the right card.

          However, I was then charged the late payment fee of 1000 + GST. I have received the waiver of the late payment fee which is 1000. However, I haven't received any waiver on the Finance charges.

          Please help me to get a reversal of these charges.

          Also, please do something about the customer care team who is giving wrong commitments on calls to the customers and are very rude.

            Credit Card Wrong Name

            I have recieved a credit card with the wrong name as application was done with the different name.
            I have done a application with new updated address proff id proff than also bank has issued the card with the old name, which is not acceptable.

            I need a compansation for wasting our time and harrassing the middle class people like us....

            I have opened a savings bank account in RBL through online and they have sent their welcome kit to me through a courier company called Delhivery the courier executive called me and verified the address and they didn't delivered the package when I tracked with my AWB, I have found that it has returned to Coimbatore then I complained about this to RBL through my Twitter handle the next day one social media executive called and asked me about the issue and without any issue or provocation he started to abuse me in his language. When I complained about this they were just escaping from this issue asking to sent the voice clip again and again.

              I have faced business loss in corona times and in other factors.

                I have taken a Instant cash Loan on RBL Bank and the Loan A/C No. xxxx091 with the Loan amount of 118000.00/- on Mar 06 2021 and I have paid EMI for Mar and Apr, in the same month itself i got some amount so I have paid the amount to force close the loan, and amount of 115426/- as per the RBL customer care guidelines.                 Hi,
                From last few months i'm not able to use my RBL credit card for online transaction. After I'm puting OTP which I getting into the payment gateway the transaction is getting automatically declined, I'm also not able to log in to the RBL My Card App. Right now i'm working at Qatar and I'm not able to access customer care. Here I'm puting my Qatar and Indian Numbers. Kindly helpme in this regard.

                  Collection agents - speaking very harshly - case is in legal settlement

                  I have sent Intimation to RBL NODAL Officers on July month. I applied for Settlement . Process going on.. I have shared my Advocate number aslo. RBL BANK Women employees are shouting me very badly, and against them I can talk or attend call.. Hence phrasing this complaint....

                    I am writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-7630. I recently received a bill of amount Rs. 1, 04, 450.33/-.

                    This is to inform you that I cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in last 6 months. My father in law passed away in the month of Aug’22. So all the responsibility has also come on me. By the way, till now the minimum payment was deposited. But now my savings have also run out. Due to which I am unable to pay the money. We borrow money from relatives, so I do want to permanent solution this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                      I have cleared all my outstanding including pre closure charges on 13th September 2021, but they did not close it. They kept on adjusting it till now and now asking me to pay extra 10000rs. This is not acceptable, I have even received a mail from RBL bank stating that i have additional balance in my card and asked me to send me details to credit it back to my account. Attached screenshot of the same.

                          It's the best service provided by your bank in the country. I am really happy with your services.
                          Recently i checked my cibil report, in that report i saw the Written-off flag mentioned.
                          Due to my financial problems I didn't pay the loan properly.

                          Now I request you to please provide me with a closer amount for removing the written off flag and cibil clearance.
