Credit Card Wrong Name

Address: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad

I have recieved a credit card with the wrong name as application was done with the different name.
I have done a application with new updated address proff id proff than also bank has issued the card with the old name, which is not acceptable.

I need a compansation for wasting our time and harrassing the middle class people like us....

I have opened a savings bank account in RBL through online and they have sent their welcome kit to me through a courier company called Delhivery the courier executive called me and verified the address and they didn't delivered the package when I tracked with my AWB, I have found that it has returned to Coimbatore then I complained about this to RBL through my Twitter handle the next day one social media executive called and asked me about the issue and without any issue or provocation he started to abuse me in his language. When I complained about this they were just escaping from this issue asking to sent the voice clip again and again.

    RBL Bank issued me the above-mentioned CC the previous month and permanently suspended the card without any proper reason on 8th Dec. While talking to their customer service they are also not sure about the reason. Now Bank Representative is requesting me to make the payment on the card of Rs 11852.34. I am unsure of this amount as I do not have any transaction details as well as I am unsure if I make a payment on the card will that gets...

    I have faced business loss in corona times and in other factors.
    So I am unable to pay my credit card dues, but rbl bank is calling my colleagues and harassing and Threatening them

      Instant Cash Loan 62091

      Address: RBL Bank Ltd. One World Center, Tower 2B, 6th Floor, 841, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel (W), Mumbai 400013. India.

      I have taken a Instant cash Loan on RBL Bank and the Loan A/C No. xxxx091 with the Loan amount of 118000.00/- on Mar 06 2021 and I have paid EMI for Mar and Apr, in the same month itself i got some amount so I have paid the amount to force close the loan, and amount of 115426/- as per the RBL customer care guidelines. After paying the complete amount I have called the RBL customer care to close the Loan. They said due to some technical issue...

      Hi,
      From last few months i'm not able to use my RBL credit card for online transaction. After I'm puting OTP which I getting into the payment gateway the transaction is getting automatically declined, I'm also not able to log in to the RBL My Card App. Right now i'm working at Qatar and I'm not able to access customer care. Here I'm puting my Qatar and Indian Numbers. Kindly helpme in this regard.

        Collection agents - speaking very harshly - case is in legal settlement

        I have sent Intimation to RBL NODAL Officers on July month. I applied for Settlement . Process going on.. I have shared my Advocate number aslo. RBL BANK Women employees are shouting me very badly, and against them I can talk or attend call.. Hence phrasing this complaint....

        Using RBL credit card from 5 years and always pay the amount but unfortunately my financial condition is not so good thats why I'm unable to pay the bill ... But the executive call to my Father and Mother and asking for money which is not good and they share my family photos which is totally illegal pls help me asap ...

          I am writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-7630. I recently received a bill of amount Rs. 1, 04, 450.33/-.

          This is to inform you that I cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in last 6 months. My father in law passed away in the month of Aug’22. So all the responsibility has also come on me. By the way, till now the minimum payment was deposited. But now my savings have also run out. Due to which I am unable to pay the money. We borrow money from relatives, so I do want to permanent solution this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

          I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and Cooperation. Thank you.

            I have cleared all my outstanding including pre closure charges on 13th September 2021, but they did not close it. They kept on adjusting it till now and now asking me to pay extra 10000rs. This is not acceptable, I have even received a mail from RBL bank stating that i have additional balance in my card and asked me to send me details to credit it back to my account. Attached screenshot of the same.

              No response from customer care executive. Given fake promises and have not registered the complaints, If no answer, closed the calls. Not informed the charges and taking unnecessarily

                from HYDERABAD, TELANGANA.

                I have taken a Credit card from RBL BANK LTD.
                Loan A/C :[protected] Date Opened on 11/04/2008, Loan Amount.Rs.30, 823
                It's the best service provided by your bank in the country. I am really happy with your services.
                Recently i checked my cibil report, in that report i saw the Written-off flag mentioned.
                Due to my financial problems I didn't pay the loan properly.

                Now I request you to please provide me with a closer amount for removing the written off flag and cibil clearance.

                  Respected sir i paid in full RBL credit card amount in may 2021. After that time they are torturing me to pay dues without closing my credit card account and forcing me to use card and levying me unnecessary charges. Kindly cancel my credit card and issue me no due certificate immediately

                    We have opened women's saving account online, it opened within 10minutes of time . we have deposited some amount in the bank, later on we wanted to see if there are any good debit cards providing good cashback on shopping etc, we clicked on a debit card singature debit card to upgrade, the bank has hidden the exact changers of the debit card purchase and displayed only 1500 change and we have clicked to upgrade, automatically 5900rs has been debited from our account regarding this, soon in a matter of 5min we have reach customer care and they has told that this upgrade cancellation can only be done from branch we have reached the branch, they told that as this account is opened online only online team can take up this request and when i again called customer care from being in branch they hesitated to take the request, the branch executive forced me and made me to talk with executive until they say yes, four of one customer care executive has told that she has taken the request for cancellation and the upgrade is going to cancel in 2 working days, Later after waiting for 2 days we have again enquired customer care about the case progress, they simply said that there is no case opened realted to this issue and i need to visit the branch for cancellation, this all dramas they have been playing with me, later on multiple attempts, complaining to rbi and sending a email to customer care support they finally took the request and cancelled the debit card and refunded my amount . After few day 1500 rs again debited, upon enquiring a debit card upgrade has been taken from the branch and this is completely with out my knowledge again i have asked for the cancellation. After being normal for a month or so, we were not able to do any transactions using the account, The phone banker told that they doesn't have any information of the reason behind it . I enquried with the branch they said that this is a wallet kind of account you opened and it required 10k Minimum amount to be maintained and you have already done 2L of transactions and that is limited to the year. I enquired with the phone banker and request to unfreeze the account and asked why this is considered a wallet ? he replied to me saying that this is definetly not a wallet this has full potential to do transactions but not sure why the branch has freezed the account.

                    In RBL Phone banker and branch executives has two different view points and both of them behave like galli ke roudies, they doesn't care about customers, we fed up and we are in a plan to close the account.

                      WHETHER RBI RULES APPLICABLE FOR RBL BANK OR NOT?????????????????????????

                      As per RBI, I have submitted my Intimation Letter and Prefereed Contact Location to Honble Nodal Officer of RBL Bank, Chennai.
                      ===============================================================

                      Collection Agent Called my Father and scolded very riduclously from mobilel number[protected] at 17:37 Hrs today (08 Sep 2022).

                      I have informed many of the RBL Bank workers, that my Advocate is taking care of this...

                      Today, people from RBL Bank visited and they were talking badly. I placed a call and told them to talk with the person who took the loan. My brother was not able to pay dues for 3 months. and the recovery agent starts shouting in the whole building. Once they talked with my brother they start talking with me and my mother again and they were giving the warning repetitively

                        Reward points has been deducted and no vouchers has been issued from the bank..its showing pending confirmation..all the departments of rbl bank doesnt know how to resolve the issue..done with the spoking and emails to the bank..
