[Resolved] RBL Bank — Call from collection agency after 10 pm | |
I am kripesh, this is regarding my credit card bill payment, i have min due of rs 4100 around due by 4th sept, i have made commitments that i will pay on it but still didn't pay due to other commitments on personal loan, on 12th September after 10 pm i got a call from rbl bank collections team in the name of babu and he was blaberring phone #[protected] in true caller search it shows as arockia dass, he was so rude and shouting, who gave authority to call after 10 pm ist ?? I need immediate action on him, my registered phone [protected], [protected]@gmail.com
