RBL Bank — cancellation of r shield insurance policy

I went to the website and searched for the terms and conditions, I realized that this plan is as good any other policies that I already have and there is nothing unique about it. So, I wanted cancel this policy, however, there is no number or email id to get in touch with your insurance wing. 1. It is regarding R shield insurance. I have checked on RBL Bank application that an amount of Rs 2500/- has been deducted from my RBL credit card on account of renewal of R Shield Insurance without any intimation.

2. You are requested to please discontinue this policy at earliest and also revert back my deducted amount (Rs 2500/-).
