RBL Bank — Card close and rshield insurance cancellation | |
Hi i am Ravikumar and i use RBL bank Super Credit card. I not buy any insurance on my card but r shield insurance is activate on my card and the premium of 15000/- Fifteen thousand rupees this insurance is deduct my card without my consent and also they are converted insurance premium to EMI 1353.87 for 12 month.I raised the complaint to rbl credit card customers care.they are not respond and not closed my card and insurance.I don't want any insurance please and humble request cancel the insurance and refund my amount.
