RBL Bank — card payment | |||
The staff of rbl bank pitampura new delhi-110034 is highly incoperative. I had deposited the cheque on 28th september 2018 at this branch for credit card payment. The cheque did not reach my branch and nor did the bank or the credit card department intimate me about the issue with my cheque on time even if the phone number is written at the back of the cheque because of them i will be charged for the late payment. I did purchase a product using RBL supercard pricing 16649 but later cancelled it, Flipkart returned the money same day but credit card is still showing EMI.
Tried to email and call custercare but did not get any reply.
