RBL Bank — charged for declined transaction

After repeatedly complaining about declined transaction of 350 rs used at rbl website itself to recharge a mobile number. Such a waste service i saw till today. After many attempts there is no response from the bank or credit card department. Complaint was raised on 3rd august 2017 with transaction reference number [protected]. No complaint registered or raised by these people till today. Pathetic service and am going to cancel this card forever.

I am credit card holder. I have much in memory my credit card Pin No. while I paid the bill of shopping and put the correctly PIN No it show in correct No.

I am upendra Kumar from Delhi. A Executive submit the Document for RBL Bank credit card But no response The Executive name is Vinay Niwas And Mobile No. is [protected]. The Credit card is under process then no Issue otherwise my all document return to me
