RBL Bank — close my credit card and issue noc

With ref to the several mails for cancellation of my credit card still i am receiving the annual fee charges for paying the cancellation acknowledge received from you on 13.9.18, still i have not received any noc from you team and also i have approached your chennai parrys branch regarding this.

I also communicated through a toll free no as confirmed by your team not to make a annual fee payment (Ref no[protected] as confirmed by you that your team will call me back. Till date i have not any call from your team..

So please consider this mail as priority and along to send a noc o return mail.
