My name is prashant and i am not a customer of rbl credit card.

My brother in low issue a credit card on the name of my sister seema tomer and i don't know why he is not able to pay the credit card bill.

After that recovery agent search my sister facebook profile and got my name in his friend list as prashant chauhan and she tag me as brother. So they search my profile and find my company name after that they direct call my office number and speak abusively with them and call me as fraud directly without my any knowledge.

After that i was calling him his name is deepak sharma and mob. No. Is [protected]. And he directly told me to pay the all debt because you are brother of her other wise we call your all office number and tell them you are fraud.

I asked him why are u calling me and called me fraud when i am neither your customer nor you have any document or sign of me.

I am going to file a fir against deepak sharma on behalf of rbl bank and also defamation case for calling me fraud in my office.

    Hi, my name is lovely kumar and my registered mobile number is [protected]. I had apply for bajaj finserv. Rbl credit card and your representative told me that there is no any charges for starting 1st year. I received my card in 2nd week of september 2018. After one week i received a massage from company that there is charges due on 2nd october 2018 for credit card of amounting rupees 588.82. Yet i not activate my card still now. Today when i call on customer care number no any satisfy information given by telecallers. I am totally fed up. It is fraud by your representative who is sold credit cards to people just achieve targets by tolding them lie. Now i have no faith on rbl and bajaj finserv who has fraud staff and fake information for customers. So please cancel my rbl card and i will not pay any charges to your company.

      Dear team,

      I had raised more than 3 complaint request (From 9th sep 2018 to till date) to close my credit card but without acknowledging me the team are continuing to close my complaint request.

      I even daily coordinating with the level 1 customer support team twice a day but no proper response. One final stage they convinced me that they have escalated this issue to level 2 team but they not even bothered me to contact me. (Just they wil give missed call or else even though if i attend the call they will not talk just they will be silent in the line).

      On finally i am reaching you to close my credit card.

      Its my humble request to close my card.

        Rbl credit ard collector called me as soon as the credit statement is generated. My due date is 65th of every month and they have started calling from 16th of the month before the due date. This is really annoying and disturbing me. Please stop this immediately and employ people who can speak in a proper english. Their pathetic english accent and the rude way of their talking really annoy me.

          I have a credit card with rbl. I am having issue with amount dispute since july. I raised a request in july regarding the same. Since then i am facing a terrible experience with rbl. Customer support, nodal all are worst support. All of them just tell me to wait regarding my dispute. Its almost three months now. My issue is under investigation. I don't know what kind of investigation they are doing it right now. If i didn't get the solution now. On my september statement, the dispute amount is added. I am not going to pay single penny until i got the resolution. Representative name is meenal, she was investigating my case. Refrence number: [protected]. Worst customer service. I never suggest anyone to use rbl card.

            I raised a request for cancellation of card, but no confirmation call from bank. When i called the customer care the executive said that the request is closed because my number is not reachable but my number is reachable all day and i was receiving calls all day. Worst kind of service. If the issue is not resolved in 48 hours i will go to consumer court.

              I am a credit card holder of rbl bank & till now i have never defaulted any payment of rbl but with regret it's to inform you

              That since 2 months rbl collection team callers calls me as soon as credit card bill gets generated though the due date is

              Almost 13days away this is so disgusting & so annoying though i complaint to rbl bank but still no action is taken by the nodal

              Officer of rbl bank i humbly request to take stern action on rbl bank as i am 55 yrs old and heart patient & recently i suffered

                From 20 days, my mail chain is going on. I deactivated my credit card however rbl reactivated it without my confirmation & now sending bills to pay annual charges.
                Rbl is not replying to mail.
                Call centre is saying that email dept is different & they can't handle this.
                I have given my no into mail, but no one is calling.
                I am having all the call recordings & mail chain.

                  Amount is transferred from ET money to bank account not credited.

                  On 21 Sep 2018 i transferred sum of 10000 & 5000 2 transaction through ET money to my registered bank account.But its being 3 days no confirmation nad no amount credited.

                  I raised query in application on my phone also spoke to customer care again sayting 10 days.I really need that money but its to hard to know the actual status of the trnasaction in application ET money said next working day it will credited on 24/09/2018 as on 21st sep there was some technical issue.Now other explaination.

                  Please look into this issue.

                    mental harassment case against rbl credit card department

                    Hi team,

                    I am a rbl credit card holder. My name is nimit chahal.

                    I am not able to make payments due to my job loss. Before 6 months i met with an accident and i was not able to pay the amount to rbl (The ratnakar bank ltd) delhi.

                    Recovery agents started harassing me and my family and started threaten us to beat and kill us for the recovery of the amount.

                    I sent rs. 19476 from my wallet to bank account on 22nd september'18 morning but the money not yet credited to the account.
                    Moreover i tried to contact udio by chat & phone number but no assistance from chat, the phone number mentioned in their site not working. I sent them email also but no reply.

                          Greetings of the day. As telephonic ally discussed please look after how concerned bank straight away breaking the norms by rbi. This is to please be noted i m using a credit card of ratnakar bank limited for last approx 2 years. My mother underwent open heart surgery a year back. Since that period i am into financial crunch bank meanwhile i am paying the minimum amount dues till to 2 months back now my position is not so good to pay the total outstanding or minimum payment as desired by the bank. Also the unnecessary bank charges me amount of 53, 000.00/- in the shape of service tax. For last 2 months i am unable to do the minimum amount payment of credit card of said bank. Also be noted that i am regularly doing the payment to the bank. I requested bank to convert all the principal outstanding into emi bur the concern bank is not ready for that. Also the said bank imposed me a charges of round about 53, 000.00/- rs in shape of taxes and gst. Also the bank is not ready to tell me the clarification of the said charges. The bank sending me the legal notice not even from the bank official id. The employee named sh. Robin lamba is so very embarrassing he do not have ethics to talk. I mailed bank to number of extent but the said bank is not ready to help me out. I want to do the the payment after the clarification of the charges imposed by the bank.

                          Sir i never denied to do the payment but every time there is harassment and threatening call from the bank officials. Recovery agents usually visit to my place without carrying id card of bank. I also requested to convert all the principal outstanding into emi but bank is also not ready for that.

                          Please take care of the charges imposed by the bank talking ethics of rbl bank employees specially sh. Robin lamba who straight away insulted me and my mother.

                            I have requested rbl credit card helpline to close my credit card account. My request number for same is 03878754. As informed by customer executive mr. Dharmendra my account was supposed to be closed by now. These people are not responding and letting me know exact closure of my credit card account also they were asking fr preclodure amount on card but denying to give anything in form of mail.

                            I tried to communicate with customer care for various offering towards the card. Which I dint receive.
                            Sales representative make false promises available on card and make you take it.
                            I need immediate assistance. I no longer need this useless card.

                              Dear sir,

                              I am using RBL Bank credit card associated with ET money. I have widthdrawn RS 5000 from my credit limit which is due on 10/09/2018. I have paid the sum of RS 5000 on 03/09/2018 but RBL has converted the amount into EMI without my approval. When I received the mag I talked with the Et money customer care they said that this was a internal problem and you don't worry you have to only pay the 5000 . But now the RBL bank has charged me the amount of RS 662 as they are saying that it is the processing fee for converting your amount into EMI.
                              They can show me no proof for the same. They said you have converted your amount in EmI through IMPS. How strange is that. Please help

                                My RBL credit card number ending with 6326 has been used for making fraudulent international transactions in tune o[censored]SD 567.93.

                                I have immediately called up their Customer care number (fortunately one was working) and was able to reach the Block credit card department and through her finally reached the General cards department after 20 minutes.

                                They have asked me to submit a filled in dispute form listing down all transactions which was sensible, but also an FIR. As I am in a remote village I have to spend 2 days to visit nearest Cyber crime police station. Instead they could have blocked the payments initiated as my call to them was within 1 hour of the occurrence of transaction.

                                I have had such international fraudulent transactions when using Credit cards from banks like HDFC, Citi but as soon as I have raised a complaint they have reversed those transactions without the need for FIR. Here RBL bank has made my life miserable and anxious and am not sure if I would get the transactions reversed going by how unhelpful their customer care is.

                                I wish this nightmare is over, I would never ever recommend RBL credit card to my friends not so much for security but for the pain in getting through to customer care and getting the genuinely fraudulent transactions acknowledged by RBL.

                                After much waiting and patience the fraudulent transactions have been reversed by RBL (probably by Master card) The following is timeline of events 1. Fraud Transactions happened on credit card 2. Called RBL customer care to block the card and reverse transactions. 3. They blocked the card but transactions weren't reversed asked to get FIR 4. Went to Hyderabad and got the FIR sent copy to RBL 5. RBL said investigation may take 2 months (saying it is because of Master card) and asked me to pay minimum balance to avoid charges 6. Refused to pay for fraudulent transactions and submitted complaint to Reserve Bank of India as I have complained within 3 days of transactions which means liability is with the bank 7. Got interim credit from RBL until investigation concludes so withdrew Reserve Bank of India complaint 8. Followed up with RBL twice to eventually get the confirmation (from [email protected]) that dispute is closed in my favour without any other details. I wish RBL trusted it's customer and saved him/her some heart-ache and anxious moments rather than me going to Police and RBI and wasting my time for RBL to follow the guidelines laid by Reserve Bank of India. I have lost confidence on RBL and want to close my credit card which now seems like a herculean task as their Customer care numbers are not reachable and they don't acknowledge my credit card closure request. I may have to knock the doors of RBI again to end this once and for all

And i m value bal customer of RBL sector 63 Noida branch RM Nami Arya gives a rong information and force me to invest in life insuranse or Do sip and know that you invest in sip so you eran dubel your money in one year like invest Rs 2500 and you take 55000 in next year and do one sip of Rs 2500

                                  They are abusive and threating despite of me clearing the dues.
                                  I Have Given Documents For Rbl Fun Card, And Also I Have Submitted Documents . But I Received Titanium Delight Card.

                                    This is regarding the fraud/unauthorized transactions done on my rbl bank supercard on 19-sept-2018 at around 11.30am without my knowledge. There were total 2 transactions happened for the total amount of rs.10000/-

                                    But i have received emails and sms for the transaction confirmations from the rbl card services.
                                    Kindly investigate this matter at the earliest.
                                    RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
