RBL Bank — collection department complaint | |||
Hi my name is aditya kalra. I am using rbl bajaj fimserv card. I am making all payments on time. Sometimes minimum or full but paying on time. Why the hell i am. Getting calls from some 3rd party to make paymnet. They are harrasing me and top of that they dont have manners to talk to a customer. The call i received was from a mobile number [protected]. Is this even allowed? Can they call a customer and harras them? I have cards with other bank as well but they dont call or if they call they dont do harassment. You are not allowed to do so. Even my father is using rbl card. He made advanve payment of 15k but last sunday an agnet came home to collect the payment. No prior intimation or notification. Why the # he came as my father had already made advane payment of 5 upcoming months. Dont you check your systems? I don't want this to happen next time.
