RBL Bank — Credit card auto debit for R shield insurance | |
Dear sir, I obtained a RBL bank, bajaj finserv Supercard credit card just 3 days back and I noticed without my knowledge the Bank has debited Rs.720/ as first EMI toward Rshield insurance. No sms authentication was received. Customer support also cuts the line as it is all IVR menu. I request to roll back the money to my credit card account immediately.
