RBL Bank — credit card bill without usage | |||
Hello, My name is sugat ingle, I want to raise complaint against rbl bank credit card. In the month of january with bajaj fin. Card rbl card provided that time they have said there is no hidden charges and i didn't request for the card they provided. Annually fees will be 499 and that will be charged end of year and that also be waiver i[censored]sage of card will get increased. So while i received my card after one week i received bill of 2500 rs. So i didn't use that card even i didn't set pin code. But still rbl bank executive calling me and sending messages to pay bill. I don't understand if i don't did any transaction so how the bill is generated. Was this information helpful? | |||
