RBL Bank — credit card delivery. | |
Dear sir / madam I am mr. Sangram s rashiwadekar applied for rbl bank credit card ;done all the necessary process from both the end. According to your executive i suppose to receive a card by today itself (P0d no [protected]) but nothing is happen yet; i got a call from blue dart people that due to incomplete address they are not able to handover the card to me so i called ur customer care they said that i will get it by 31 of this month. The fees is also deducted from my card so who is responsible for this. Its not my problem i want my card by 27th of this month. I also use other bank credit card but i never face such problems. U told me to visit courier office u people trouble me a lot. Resolve the problem by tomorrow itself. Unhappy customer Sangram [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
