RBL Bank — credit card fraud payment

I am using a credit card of rbl bank from last 1.5 years and never faced any issue however in last month somebody misused my credit card and made a payment of rs:10000 for which i was not aware of hence i called and drafted email to customer care of rbl bank initially they blocked the card and said within 7 working days they will resolve the issue and said you no need to worry but later on they send me an email that you need to make the payment i am really frustrated i had a very healthy relationship with them so far but now i will not even use the card and not going to pay single money unless my issue will get resolve moreover there is no response from them so far its me who is getting in touch with them always first...
