RBL Bank — credit card membership welcome reward points not given

My name is r sureshbabu and mobile number is [protected] last year i have used platinum delight credit card, and this year january month rbl customer agent frequently called to me, regarding upgrading platinum maxima card and you will get 8000 reward points. First of all i'am not accenting and informed don't want to upgrade but agent requesting repeatedly, so i can accept and if 8000 reward points given only confirmed before accepting. The agent also promised, after upgrading the card 2nd bill also generated, but still reward points not get my rbl card account. But membership cost rs 2360 generated and also paid the same on first bill after upgrading a card.
I speak to customer care also they are not given proper response and solution.
